At The Compound, personal training isn't a service. It's a relationship. Our team of highly educated, advanced expert trainers take the time to truly understand you — your goals, your body, your history, and where you want to go — and build a program that's designed specifically for you and no one else.
Whether you're training one-on-one or alongside a partner in a small group setting, every session is intentional, progressive, and built around results that last. We offer both private and small group training in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions, available as individual sessions or 10-packs.
